Mr.Osman Saifullah Khan – (Director)
Mr.Osman S. Khan joined the Textile Division of the Saif Group in 1995 and is responsible for the continued growth and success of the Division. He heads the Group’s business development and strategic activities, in addition to his continuing role at the Textile Division.
Mr. Osman S. Khan has been elected to a number of key appointments at All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) including:
- Central Vice – Chairman
- Chairman – Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa Zone (two terms)
- Member – Central Managing Committee (two terms)
Mr Khan has remained a member of the Board of Management, Pakistan State Oil (PSO), Pakistan’s largest corporation.
Mr Khan has recently been elected to the Senate of Pakistan. He represents the Federal Capital, Islamabad.
Mr.Osman Saifullah Khan has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University and a Masters in Engineering, Economics and Management from Christ Church, the University of Oxford. He attended Oxford as Britannia Chevening Scholar.
Mr.Zaheen ud Din Qurashi – (CEO)
Mr.Zaheen ud Din is the Chief Executive Officer of Saif Textile Mills Ltd .
Since joining the Saif Group in 2000, Mr. Zaheen ud Din’s primary responsibilities include:
Liaising with bankers for arranging short term and long term loans.
Preparing business plans for the Textile division.
Implementing sound internal control systems to safeguard the resources of the company.
Preparing and presenting periodic financial reports to the Board and arranging for them to be published as per SECP requirements.
Mr. Zaheen ud Din is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has considerable experience in the fields of Accountancy, Auditing and Financial Appraisal of diversified businesses.
Mr.Jehangir Saifullah Khan – (Director)
Mr. Jehangir Saifullah Khan joined the Group after graduating from the University of Virginia, USA in 2001. After successfully managing the Group’s Textile operations for three years, he moved to Saif Telecom, where he was involved in developing and securing financing for Pakistan’s first undersea fiber optic cable system TW-1.
He was made the Chief Operating Officer of Saif Energy Ltd; the Group’s Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Company in January 2006 and is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Saif Energy Ltd.
Mr. Khan has worked with Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, and ABN AMRO Bank while being a student. He is also the member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO). He has also served as Member Executive Committee of the prestigious Pakistan Petroleum Exploration & Production Association (PPEPCA) in Pakistan.
Mrs. Hoor Yousafzai is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Saif Healthcare. She Joined the Saif Group in January 2007 as Director of Saif Holdings.
As a Chartered Accountant, Mrs. Yousafzai is also responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Corporate Taxation and Regulatory Compliance of the Group, while also assisting the Chairman and Co-Chairman in Strategic Planning and Project Evaluation.
Prior to joining the Saif Group, she worked at KPMG where she gained considerable experience while completing her Articles.
Mrs. Yousafzai was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 2008. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Computer Sciences.
Mr.Assad Saifullah Khan -(Director)
Mr.Assad Saifullah Khan is the CEO of Kohat Textile Mills Ltd and Director of Legal Affairs for the Saif Group. As Head of the Legal Department, he is responsible for coordinating all legal and contractual matters for Group subsidiaries and associated companies.
Assad Saifullah Khan brings with him the considerable experience gained through working in the UK and Pakistan.
During his legal education, Assad Saifullah Khan worked with Orr, Dignam & Co (Islamabad) and as a caseworker for the current Deputy Leader of the Labor Party – the Right Honorable Harriet Harman MP, QC.
After completing the Bar Vocational Course, Assad interned for several months at J.D. Spicer & Co. a leading solicitor’s practice in London, before moving back to Pakistan during the summer of 2007.
This was followed by a one-year tenure as an Associate at Hassan & Hassan (Lahore). Under the tutelage of Dr. Parvez Hassan, Assad handled company law cases and corporate work for several large multinationals.
Assad Saifullah Khan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004, majoring in History and Culture and a minor in French. He then moved to London to pursue his legal education by attaining his Common Professional Examination/Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in 2005, and certification in the Bar Vocational Course from the Inns of Court School of Law (ICSL) in 2007.
Mr. Rana Muhammad Shafi -(Director)
Rana Muhammad Shafi at present is an Advisor to the Board of Director of Saif Group of Companies. He advises the BOD for Investments, mergers, and acquisition of new ventures and on financial matters of Saif Group Companies. He also advises on securitization of assets, treasury functions for acquisitions of funds for new projects and dealing with capital markets
He has over 46 years of rich and varied experience in the field of Cost and Management Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Administration, Management control, Treasury & Financial Management. He is associated with Saif Group since January 1981 and has worked in the capacities of Cost & Management Accountant, Chief Accountant, Commercial Manager, General Manager Finance, Executive Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
He has conducted a number of workshops on corporate accounting, leadership management, and treasury financing. Before joining Saif Group, he has been associated with Ali Textile Mills Ltd., Jhang (3 years), Mansoor Textile Mills Ltd., Lahore (3 years) and Nishat Mills Ltd. Faisalabad (5 years).
He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Punjab and Cost and Management Accountant Finalist from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan.
Ms. Jehannaz Saifullah Khan -(Director)
Jehannaz Saifullah-Khan is currently Product Manager at SkyElectric, a US-based company that has developed a Solar Smart Energy System. SkyElectric aims to provide energy in an affordable and sustainable manner while dealing with third world country grids that are unreliable and inefficient. Jehannaz leads a team of 20 engineers and developers, while also managing customer relations and product financial feasibility analysis.
Prior to her job, Jehannaz graduated, with Distinction, from Imperial College London, where she pursued her Master’s in Sustainable Energy and received an award for best performance. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National University of Sciences and Technology, where she specialized in Embedded Systems and Signal Processing.
Mr. Muhammad Danish -(Director)
With over 16 years of experience; Mr. Danish Adamjee has a proven executive management track record. From national & international assignments he has been driving operational excellence, sales growth and people leadership in the textile industry. His intuition allows him to see the strings of opportunity breezing through the organization, tie them to a common purpose, enabling others while being an inspirational leader and drive the business results.
In recognition of his valuable contributions to the textile industry, Danish Adamjee was made part of the Board of Directors at Saif Group in 2016. His diverse experience and expertise has added great value to the Group resulting in exceptional growth.
He is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Sapphire Retail Limited, prior to his current assignment, he has worked at various executive level positions in the following organizations:

- Gul Ahmed
- Aurangzeb Impex Pvt Limited
He holds a Bachelors Degree in HRM & Marketing from St. Cloud State University, United States of America.
